We are thrilled to announce that all the hard work the team has put in over the last year has resulted in yet another award. On the 13^th October, we went 3 for 3 in award-wins and took home an award at the East Midlands Business Masters Awards 2022.  

3 Nominations, 3 Wins! 

We won ‘Best Start-Up of the Year’ at the ceremony held at the Crowne Plaza, Nottingham on the 13^th October 2022. This award marks the 3^rd one we’ve been nominated for this year as well as the third one we’ve won, having also taken home two prizes at the East Midlands Chamber Generation Next Awards 2022 in July!

We Met Some Great Businesses! 

We had a great time at the ceremony, with many amazing local businesses in attendance. Among the other victors were Staton Young, who won Property Business of the Year, Morley Hayes, winner of Medium Business of the Year. and many other fantastic businesses. The evening included keynote speakers, a drinks reception, a three-course dinner, entertainment, and the ceremony itself.

Alphageek Continues to Grow 

These victories wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of the expanding Alphageek team. This year has seen us grow from 10 to 16 employees. This expansion has been accompanied by a move from our office on the outskirts of Derby to a new office in the newly built Cubo building in Derby city centre. Kieran Flynn, our Operations Director, said: “We wanted a space that enabled us to excel; providing the team with whatever they need to succeed” – Kieran Flynn Operations Director. It’s clear that the office – and the free barista coffee on offer – has done just that!
