What We Need From You:

• 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in email marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, MailChimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor) and best practices.
• Experience using Klaviyo in particular is desired.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template creation and modification.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio of your work and achievements that you can share with us proudly.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a team.

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
• Create automated customer email journeys to nurture and increase value in new customers.
• Work collaboratively with core departments within Alphageek to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.
• Manage email marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and segmentation.
• Create engaging and visually appealing email templates.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance and engagement rates.
• Stay updated with the latest email marketing best practices, tools, and trends.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing regulations and best practices.
