Role Overview:

Are you passionate about creativity and strategic thinking? We're seeking a Creative Strategist who excels in curating innovative solutions and driving creative excellence for our clients.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting and refining our clients' creative strategy documents for onboarding and strategy reviews. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will be put to use as you monitor and report on the performance of creative elements within campaigns, providing valuable insights into their effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will also include guiding copywriting to ensure alignment with client tone of voice, addressing pain points and seizing opportunities, and staying ahead of trends to deliver fresh, impactful creatives. You'll compile a comprehensive list of creative dos and don'ts for clients, ensuring consistency and quality across all campaigns.

In addition, you'll oversee the organization of creative references within our system, lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas, and manage weekly client creative deliverables. Flexibility and adaptability are key as you may be required to undertake additional tasks to support the team's objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance based marketing, including Paid Social (covering platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok and Snapchat)
  • Proven experience in creative strategy, client management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and structure creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving client needs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy Management: Collating, refining, and implementing clients' creative strategy documents for onboarding and reviews.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and reporting on the performance of creative elements in campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Copy Guidance: Providing guidance on copywriting to ensure consistency with client tone of voice and campaign objectives.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identifying pain points and opportunities to enhance creative performance and drive results.
  • Trend Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends and regularly introducing new creative approaches.
  • Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with clients and serving as the primary point of contact for creative matters.
  • Weekly Deliverables Management: Managing the weekly delivery of creative assets to clients, ensuring timeliness and quality.
  • Briefing Creative Team: Conducting research, providing examples, and briefing the creative team on required deliverables for campaigns.
