Job description
We're looking for a confident and ambitious individual with a burning desire to grow, to join our Sales team. Your sole responsibility will be to help grow our pipeline – we’re on a Rocketship trajectory and have extremely ambitious targets as a company this year, so we need your help in making sure we hit and surpass these.
Your role will revolve around speaking to people – you’ll be at all the networking events, chatting and spreading the word, speaking to people on LinkedIn etc, and qualifying leads to pass on to the Sales Director for closing.
It’ll be hard work but it’ll be rewarding. For the right person, you’ll be well set with strong progression routes in an agency soon to be one of the midlands powerhouses, and the generous commission structure will reflect your input in the short term also.
