The Alphageek Brand Amplification team assisted a business client with launching a summer competition to grow their social following.

The aim of the competition was to encourage the growth of their followers on their Facebook and Instagram social media channels.



The client provided content and an idea of a previous example they liked, which could have performed better. Alphageek analysed and identified areas for improvement within captions to help ensure entries were conversion rate optimised. As a conversion rate optimisation agency, we aimed to increase the relevant follower base by making entries for the competition simple and encouraging users to tag other users.

Once the social caption and content were all signed off, the social campaign was ready to be scheduled. Data enables Alphageek to choose the optimal posting times.

Throughout the recommended two-week campaign period, the Brand Amplification Team consistently checked the engagement on both social media channels daily (Facebook and Instagram), boosting entries with the story coverage and reporting on the following increase. We continuously communicated with the client and informed them of how well the campaign was doing.

The campaign got incredible results, and the client was thrilled with the outcome. Alphageek achieved the goals set to increase the likes and followers on both social media channels.
