Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a growing digital agency. An exciting and fast-paced role which will give you the opportunity to build on your creative credentials in a supportive and close-knit team. You will be working with various high-profile clients and the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing paid social executives, ad creation, client report creation, audience building, and strategy planning.

We want someone hardworking, committed to the role, motivated with a desire to test new ideas, and have a high attention to detail.

 

You will need to ensure best-practice and identify opportunities in line with the overall paid ads strategy while working closely with and overseeing other members of the paid team. You will need to be organised to self-manage your workload and assign / plan executive monthly workloads.

Full-time position with a hybrid working pattern with 2-3days in the office, depending on experience remote working is a possibility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the social paid executives and planning their monthly workloads.
  • Plan monthly projects and monitor the monthly performance.
  • Plan, create, track, and optimise paid social media ads for various mid to higher tiered clients.
  • Review copy and campaigns ready to be launched.
  • Review the performances of campaigns.
  • Write copy to be used in ads.
  • Participate in brainstorming and strategy meetings with the rest of the team.
  • Create briefs for designers to bring your creative ideas and copy to life.
  • Find fresh audiences to target with ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Analyse data for patterns, successes, and failures.
  • Liaise with the paid team and clients.
  • Come up with fresh ideas for clients.
  • Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends.
  • Assign training tasks for the executives.

What you need:

  • Good leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to critique and feedback honestly.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Excellent grasp of language and creative flair.
  • Good knowledge of Facebook business manager.
  • Strong client and internal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to learn and develop.
  • Proactive and passionate about ads and data.
  • Great time management.
  • Strong analytical and ability to provide clear insight

Qualifications

  •  Required: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree inMarketing, Business, English, Maths etc.
  •  Desired: A-level English

Relevant experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience with Facebook Ads management is required.
