The Organic Social Media Specialist will be required to develop Alphageek’s clients’ online presences through their social platforms through organic techniques.

Calling all social media aficionados with a talent for all things organic! Alphageek is on the lookout for an Organic Social Media Specialist who can juggle social media management, content planning, analysis, and reporting with confidence. We're after somebody to join our amazing internal team to contribute towards our clients' digital marketing strategies, particularly around the social media side. Sounds good right?
As an Organic Social Media Specialist, you'll be utilising your social media expertise on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and even Twitter / X / whatever-it'll-be-called-next-week. You'll work with a diverse range of clients from a range of industries, creating fresh ideas that will boost their brand performance to new levels of awesomeness.
You'll be working with things like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, and Facebook Ads Manager as well. You might even find yourself coordinating content campaigns and planning photo shoots with our über-talented content team.
But hold on, we'll need you to smash those KPI's out-the-park! You'll track and measure performance against targets like a pro, consistently exceeding expectations. Superpowers are not required, just a determined attitude and the ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing industry.
While a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communication) would be fantastic, we value passion and drive just as much. If you have experience in content planning, consider us even more impressed!
Now, let's talk communication skills. You'll charm clients via phone, email and face-to-face interactions like nobody's business, with the odd webinar here-and-there too. We're looking for someone who exudes positivity, confidence, and an energetic "can-do" spirit. With a finesse for content planning and analysis, you'll bring a smile to our faces as well as our clients'.
